my story

Welcome to my not-so-anonymous blog about my mental health and hiking journey.  I embarked upon building this space after facing a series of tragic events in July 2023 in an effort to create a space for healing and working through some of my recent physical and mental pain.  I am not sure how vulnerable I will be in my writing, because some of the stuff is just too painful to throw out there in the universe, however, I will do my best to be as authentic as possible.  Regardless of where this blog goes, I appreciate you stopping by, visiting me, and reading some of the stories about healing, hiking, and pushing through the emotional pain I have encountered this year.  Thanks for stopping by and checking this out.
